I'm a Forensic Accountant with a legal background, and am experienced in business valuations and investigations.
I have an LLB (Hons) degree in Law with Legal Studies in Europe, a BSc (Hons) degree in Applied Accounting and qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 2010. I worked for the Welsh Government and Welsh Development Agency for ten years and prior to that I worked in the automotive industry.
My last position in the Welsh Government included advising the Finance Minister and Cabinet on capital funding allocations totalling over £1bn over a three year period. I left the Government and joined an international firm as a forensic accountant, drawing on my legal knowledge and finance skills. I joined KTS Owens Thomas in 2016.
My experience includes business valuations across a range of sectors, working on behalf of a regulatory body investigating the costs of a company in the energy industry and fraud/POCA investigations.
I love learning languages and I have a West Highland Terrier named Lemmy after the lead singer of Motörhead.
